Loui Moreno started dancing socially at the age of nine in his native Peru, learning how to dance to Salsa & Merengue as it was the social norm for most birthday and school dances. When he was 15, Loui & his family moved to the US.
He begun attending social ballroom dances after being influenced by his best friend who was taking lessons at the time & the rest is history. He began training and teaching in 2009 in the HEB area. In 2010 Loui began working for Fred Astaire Dance Studio where he continued his training and competed professionally in both American Smooth & Rhythm styles.
He received the 2011 FADS Rising Star Award.
After a great & fun run at FADS he's moved on and began working on his own.
